This Privacy Policy explains how Feltonville Express pizza ("we", "us") collects and uses your information when you order through our website or app. We only use your information to take and fulfil your orders and to support our relationship with you as a customer.
When you place an order we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, delivery address (for delivery orders), the items in your order, and any notes you add. If you contact us, we keep a record of that message.
We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, which collects card details directly and securely.
We use your information to prepare and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, to process payment and refunds, to keep records required for our business, and, only where you have agreed, to send you offers and updates.
We may send you messages about your order (for example, order confirmations and status updates). We only send marketing messages if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time, reply STOP to text messages, or contact us.
We share your information only as needed to run the service: with our payment processor to take payment, with delivery providers to deliver your order, and with the technology provider that operates our ordering platform (AI Borta) on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
Our site uses essential cookies and similar technology to keep your cart working and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
We keep order and customer information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we are required to keep. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
